The Infinity Loop

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the information The Infinity Loop interactive reader (the "Service") uses to operate accounts, seven-day trials, purchased access, and related emails. It also explains how to contact us about your information.

1.Information We Collect

2.How We Use Information

3.Browser Storage & Account Access

Your browser saves reading position and display preferences. Our authentication service uses session information to keep you signed in. Clearing browser data may sign you out or remove local preferences and reading position.

Trial dates and purchased access are checked against server records linked to your reader account. Clearing browser storage or changing devices does not create a new trial or remove a valid purchase from that account. Sign back in with the registered email address to check your access.

4.Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Providers used to operate the reader and its account emails include:

We share information with these providers as needed for their services. They may process information outside your state or country. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5.Email Communications

We send operational messages such as email verification, password recovery, trial thank-you emails, purchase confirmations, and support replies. Trial and purchase confirmations use the verified email address registered to your reader account, which may differ from your PayPal payer email. Check Spam if an expected message is missing.

Starting a trial or purchasing reader access does not by itself sign you up for a promotional mailing list. If you separately choose to receive optional promotional updates, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in those messages or by contacting us. Essential account, payment, and support messages may still be sent.

6.Data Retention

We retain account, access, payment-reference, and message-processing records as needed to provide the Service, support valid purchases, handle retries and support requests, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Records may be held in the reader database, automation records, tracking spreadsheets, and email systems. Retention periods depend on the record and its purpose. You may request deletion as described below; some records may need to be retained for these purposes.

7.Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below to make a request. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Deleting local browser data does not submit an account-deletion request.

8.Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and revise the "Last updated" date. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email, and request consent where applicable law requires it. An update does not by itself authorize new uses of information that conflict with commitments made when that information was collected.
